The Grounds
There is ample parking at the front and the rear of the house with electricity and running water available.
The huge garage is in easy reach of the house and lends itself well for setting up equipment prior to it being moved into the main house as well as excellent cover when it rains.
The 40 acres are divided between 20 acres of grassland (with grazing sheep and horses) and 20 acres of mixed broadleaf woodland.
The grassland is adjacent to the house and can be used for Marquees.
There is currently no mature garden around the house as it is a new build.
